The Sancerre Grande Réserve from the Henri Bourgeois estate has a vinification process that favors the development of the latter's aromas. From a gentle pressing, fermented between 15 and 18 ° C in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, its aging takes place on fine lees for 5 months.

This Loire wine is best enjoyed at the start of a meal and goes well with shellfish and crustaceans.
